French Toast

  1. In a small bowl combine cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk together cinnamon mixture, eggs, milk and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.

  3. Dip bread in mixture and coat thoroughly.

  4. Fry slices until golden brown, then flip to cook other side. Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
